Iowa RYLA is supported by the two Iowa Rotary districts:

District 5970: representing Rotary clubs in the northern half of Iowa and includes cities of Cedar Rapids, Waterloo and Dubuque. https://www.district5970.org

District 6000: representing the southern half of Iowa and includes Des Moines, Iowa City, Bettendorf and Ames. https://rotary6000.org

Yes. As part of your application, you agree to participate in the program for its entirety outside of illness and other similar circumstances. RYLA is built on the foundation of team building and each RYLA participant is an integral member of their team. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
