The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program is a transformative experience dedicated to nurturing the leadership potential of young individuals. Since 2000, Iowa RYLA has been empowering high school sophomores and juniors, guiding them to unlock their capabilities and make a positive impact in their communities.

Your Contribution Makes a Difference
We invite you to support the RYLA program in two meaningful ways:
Program Funding: Your donation will cover essential expenses to run the RYLA program, ensuring its continued success and accessibility. Examples of use are for speakers, training for leaders and Rotarians, and material support for activities. Scholarships: Contributions will provide financial assistance to students who wish to attend RYLA but may lack the necessary resources or international students, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder leadership development.
How to Donate ?
Donations are processed through the Humanitarian Educational Foundation (HEF), a 501(c)(3) foundation associated with Rotary District 6000. Eventhough the HEF is associated with District 6000, all contributions designated for Iowa RYLA will be sent to the Iowa RYLA program regardless of one's Rotarian district affiliation or location.

Important: To ensure your donation within HEF is assigned to Iowa RYLA, please enter "Iowa RYLA Program" or "Iowa RYLA Scholarship" in the required "Please Specify Project" field when completing the the online form.
