RYLA is not your typical "leadership conference."  RYLA is a transformative training experience designed for high school sophomores and juniors where essential leadership skills and principles are taught in a supportive and respectful environment. The goal of RYLA is to guide aspiring youth leaders in adopting responsible and effective service leadership practices, while also fostering confidence and self-esteem.
